CLUB CENTRIC COMPREHENSIVE — JMD $36,000/month
Our flagship wellness membership includes:
• Health insurance for 1
• 8 Pilates sessions monthly
• 6 one-hour strength training passes
• One-off consultation with nutritionist and curated meal plans
• 1 guest pass monthly

Family Insurance Only Available:
• +1 dependent (spouse or child up to 27 years): Additional JMD $9,000
• +2 or more dependents (spouse or child up to 27 years): Additional JMD $17,000

CENTRIC CARE BASIC — JMD $10,000/month
A simple healthcare-focused option including:
• Medical insurance
• 1 Pilates class monthly

CENTRIC CORE MEMBERSHIP — JMD $30,000/month
• 8 Pilates sessions monthly
• 8 strength training sessions/passes
• Curated meal plans
