Refund policy

To request a refund for, you can contact us at INFO@CENTRICPILATES.COM. Sessions are only eligible for refunds before 4 hours of the booked group session, or 24 hours for one on one sessions or private sessions.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days or less. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If paid by credit/debit card, you will NOT be refunded the processing fee which is charged by our payment gateway.
